All in video
You know meditation is good for you. You enjoy it whenever you do it. You want to do it more.
But you’re busy and it’s hard to make meditation a habit…
That’s why I created this 31 Day “May-ditation” (May + Meditation) Challenge for you!
All you need is 5 minutes in the morning or in the evening.
May is National Meditation Month and May 21, 2021 is World Meditation Day.
Watch the 2 minute video with my top 5 tips for starting & sticking to a meditation routine.
Then play the 5 minute morning meditation or 5 minute evening meditation every day in May. (Or any other 31 day period).
Start this challenge by yourself on May 1st. (Or any day but I recommend the first of the month).
Or do it with a partner, family member or friend for extra accountability!
• 4 yoga poses + video for opening tight hips, hip flexors & lower back
• 3 ways to add more dynamic Water energy to your yoga practice + video
• 10 minute gentle yoga video for supple, healthy joints
7 yoga poses that really help you connect with the Earth Element followed by a 25 Minute video that incorporates these poses (and more) into a full yoga flow that you can practice any time you want to relieve anxiety and feel more grounded.
This 15 minute yoga flow will help open up your hips, stretch your hamstrings and gently twist the tightness out of your body. You can do this before and/or after your favorite snow time activities like skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing and winter hiking.
I’ve created a variety of free yoga videos to empower you to start (or re-start) your yoga practice and make it stick. You’re in the right place if you’re wondering:
• how to start yoga by yourself?
• how to make yoga a habit?
• how to achieve the benefits of yoga like:
• better sleep • reduce stress • energy boost • workouts • build strength/balance/flexibility
In this post, I will share with you how and when to do moon salutations (Chandra Namaskar) yoga step by step.
This sequence is long and can be a bit confusing at first so return to this page and re-watch this video as many times as you need to nail this sequence.
I created this short, 20 minute yoga video to help hikers open up those tight hips before or after a hike.
It’s also great for walkers & trail runners or if your hips are tight from lack of movement like sitting or driving.
