Class is all-levels slow yoga flow that combines breathing with some active poses and some relaxing poses. That works out to $9 per live class with the replay available any time plus you’ll also have access to all previously pre-recorded classes that you can watch anytime, anywhere. Subscription is billed monthly at $39 per month.

  • Miranda Peterson Harton is an RYT500 yoga teacher based in the mountains of North Carolina who has been teaching since 2015. After quitting a successful yet stressful corporate career, ending a toxic relationship and being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, Miranda found health, happiness and healing through yoga, meditation and Nature. She completed her first 200 hours of yoga in traditional the Hatha yoga style at AyurYoga Eco Ashram in Southern India. She founded and still owns/operates Namaste in Nature. She also completed 300 hours of advanced yoga training at Asheville Yoga Center where she also taught classes for several years. Miranda’s classes are inclusive of every body including beginners. Classes are a slow flow comprised of a variety of both active and relaxing poses (asanas), breathing (pranayama) and class themes are inspired by Nature (elements, seasons, moon cycle, etc) and how they relate to & can improve your actions, thoughts and emotions. Miranda is happily married with one child (so far).

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly using the credit card information you provide. You can cancel any time. Each membership is for a single person/household. Please don't share your membership with others. Information given in classes may not be copied, recorded or redistributed without written permission.

  • Your monthly subscription starts the day you enroll and renews every 30 days.

  • One person or household per subscription, please! Honor system.

  • Class will stream via Google Meet. You’ll receive an invitation with a link to join the class and reminders via email. You don’t have to download or install anything new; just click the link in your email or google calendar event. You can view the class on your android, iphone, ipad, computer or screencast to your smart TV.

  • Your livestream recordings will be added to your video library once they uploaded. The recording can take up to 24 hours to process and become accessible but most likely will be ready within 2 hours post-recording.

  • Yep, you can cancel and also restart your membership at any time.

  • All you need is a phone or computer screen and a space to practice with a yoga mat. Yoga props including a block, a blanket, a bolster (or a cushion/pillow), a sandbag and a strap are encouraged but not necessary.

  • By participating in my live stream yoga classes, you agree to the following terms.

    I am over 18 years of age and am fit enough to participate in this activity and assume personal responsibility and liability for myself and my belongings.

    I understand there is an inherent risk associated with any exercise program including my voluntary participation in yoga that may result in injury. I acknowledge that I have had a physical examination and have been given permission from my physician to participate in a yoga based exercise program. I certify that I am physically well and suffering from no medical problems that would prevent my participation in an exercise/yoga program.



    I waive and release Namaste in Nature and Mirambling, LLC and all staff from any and all liability and responsibility from injury or accident while participating in this exercise/yoga program.
